Information we collect
The project inquiry form collects your name, chosen contact method and contact details, message, language, and consent confirmation. We also process limited technical data such as IP address and browser information to secure the form and prevent abuse. We do not operate user accounts, newsletters, advertising, or customer profiling.
How and why we use information
We use inquiry information to read, respond to, and follow up on your request, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, the legal basis will ordinarily be steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in responding and securing the service, or legal obligation, depending on context.
Analytics, cookies, and storage
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural profiling, or non-essential cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security or challenge cookies when protection features are triggered. Local browser storage is used only to remember that the cookie notice was acknowledged. Inquiry data is stored in the website's private SQLite database.
Service providers and transfers
The production origin is self-hosted by LOW TAB STUDIO, SRL on infrastructure located in the Republic of Moldova. Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS, CDN, traffic delivery, and security services. Telegram receives only a notification containing the internal request number; the submitted name, contact details, and message are not included. Cloudflare, Telegram, and their subprocessors may process limited technical data internationally under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. The website does not currently create application-level backups of the inquiry database. A final fixed retention schedule must be confirmed before launch.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. These rights can be limited by law and depend on the circumstances.
